Homemade Veggie Bread Dairy free Sugar free Salt free #foodhack

Ingredients :

  • 3,5 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup mashed butternut squash
  • 1/4 cup mashed potato
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Unsalted butter

makes about 10-12 small bread 🙂


  • Gently combine warm water + yeast in a large bowl. Set aside until you see bubbles (15 minutes)
  • Add flour, mashed potato and butternut squash. Stir it well
  • Add coconut milk. Mix it
  • Finally, you can add the butter.
  • Knead it
  • Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and set in a warm place for 1 hour
  • Punch the dough then form it as you want. Place it in a tray
  • Cover again with a towel
  • Bake it for 15 minutes until golden brown
  • Let it cool and serve 🙂
