Homemade Bread with Veggie Filling #foodhack

Dough :

  1. 1 cup + 3/4 cup flour
  2. 130 ml warm water
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. 2/3 tea spoon salt
  6. 1 tea spoon yeast
  7. 1 oz butter

Mix warm water+yeast. Wait it for about 15 minutes. Put all ingredients except butter in the food processor. Use kneading dough mode to blend all ingredients. Last step, add butter and turn on your food processor again.
Leave your dough for about 1 hour or until it rises double in size


Boil corn+green peas+sugar until soft. then blend it with food processor

Cut the dough as your wish. Then fill it with the filling. Put floss beef and mayonnaise as topping 🙂
Put it on the tray
Cover the tray with cloth. Let it rise for about 1 hour
Pop it in the oven for about 30 minutes, 170 degree Celsius. Let it cool for 15 minutes and  serve it 🙂
