Eggless, no butter, no raising powder, sugarless, no salt

Recipe :

140 gr flour

1 apple, boil it with small amount of water around 30ml until soft then mash it

1 tea spoon cinnamon

mix all ingredients in one bowl, form it in the medium size ( not too small), pop it to the oven 20 minutes, 175 degree. serve it in 1-2 biscuit a day
